Shipping Policy

Sandra Blanchfield Art provides free shipping within Ireland on prints, all post is tracked by An Post and delivery is from 3-7 working days. Commissioned work will take longer. Please see pet portrait page.

Delivery for prints to the UK and some EU countries, starting at 12 euro measured on weight. All post is registered and tracked and delivery is 7-21 working days.

​

Delivery for prints to other European countries, starting at 14 euro, measured on weight. All post is registered and tracked and delivery is 7-21 working days.

​

Delivery to the rest of the world, starting at 24 euro, delivery is registered and tracked and takes 7-30 working days.

The paintings are registered and tracked.​

Import charges / taxes will have to be paid by you, into your destination.

Delivery and Delivery Charges

Prices of products are listed on the website, prices may change from time to time, so please review our prices before you order.

The price of our product does not include VAT.

The price of the product does not include delivery charges, Our delivery charges are advised to you during check out, before you confirm your order.

Payment

Payment for the product and all applicable delivery charges is in advance.

Sandra Blanchfield Art's shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, custom duties and fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipients country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your customs office for information. The customer is responsible for any import charges that may apply.

Events Outside our Control

If there is going to be delays in getting the product to you for any reason that is out of our control we will contact you as reasonably possible to notify you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange.

​

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

If your product has been damaged in transit, please send me evidence of the damage by sending a photograph to me by email to info@sandrablanchfieldart.com.

If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, for a refund credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-7 working days. Refunds should be shown in your bank statement.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returned paintings or prints. If the return is due to shipping damage, reasonable cost of return will be reimbursed up to the value of the original shipping. If shipping will exceed this, please contact me prior to shipping for approval.

There are NO refunds on commissioned paintings once painting has begun.
